For fuel buyers
Get competing fuel offers for your fleet, facility or town
USFuelX lets businesses, fleets, facilities and public entities describe the fuel they need and invite registered suppliers to bid. You compare offers and choose; the supplier delivers and invoices you directly.
Who it's for
- Trucking, delivery and service fleets
- Construction, agriculture and industrial operations
- Property managers, schools and institutions
- Municipalities, counties and other public entities
- Any organization buying fuel for one site or many
How buying works
- Create an account and add your company details.
- Draft a request: product, delivery sites, gallons, drop size, term and specifications.
- Choose a standard quote request or a timed reverse auction with a start and end time you set.
- The platform reviews each company and request before it goes live.
- Registered suppliers who serve your product and area may bid. Offers are shown as delivered price per gallon, with any marketplace fee counted once.
- You pick an offer, or none. Delivery and invoicing are arranged between you and the supplier.
What to have ready
- Delivery addresses and tank sizes
- Estimated annual gallons and gallons per drop
- Products and any blend or additive needs
- Contract term you want
- Any purchasing rules your organization must follow
Public entities
Municipalities and other public buyers can use USFuelX to gather offers, but remain responsible for following their own procurement laws and approval steps. USFuelX does not replace a required public bid process.
Coverage depends on participating suppliers in your product and delivery area. Companies and requests are reviewed before they go live, and supplier bidding opens only after the platform agreement and marketplace fee are approved and signed. USFuelX shows no live prices and does not guarantee bids or savings.
